With Haaland and Nunez arriving in the Premier League – Just how stacked are Man City’s & Liverpool’s attacking options ahead of the 2022/23 campaign?

Eventually managing to hold off Liverpool by a single point as they reclaimed their Premier League crown last season, Manchester City will be desperate to defend their title in the 2022/23 campaign.

However, with both of the top-flight giants already welcoming their own new attacking icons to England, many are expecting another title chase for the ages.

With Liverpool breaking the bank as they snapped up Benfica s Darwin Nunez in a deal that could be worth up to €100million, the 23-year-old isn t the only superstar striker that will be torturing Premier League defences next season.

In what was an announcement that certainly sent shockwaves across the footballing globe, Manchester City added a certain to their ranks after triggering the 21-year-old s £51.5mil…

EURO 2020: Five Takeaways from the UEFA European Championship

It s over. The European Championship, officially labelled as Euro 2020 due to the reason most obvious, came to its end on Sunday evening as Italy took the trophy and the crown of the continent from England, back to Rome. The prophecy the Azzurri fans had come up with in response to England s It s coming home It s coming to Rome has been proven true.

It was a rather exciting tournament, with plenty of good football and a few surprises along the way, two ingredients necessary to make an exciting international tournament. Mind, not everything went exactly as planned and not all we saw was positive. Let s take it from the start.

Premier League review 02nd February 2013

Moussa Sissoko scored a brace as Newcastle defeated Chelsea 3-2 at St James Park

Yesterday’s Premier League games produced another goal fest. One of the games of the day came at St James Park, where Newcastle defeated Chelsea 3-2.

The home side gained the lead on 41 minutes. Davide Santon produced superb cross that has headed past Petr Cech by Jonas Gutierrez.

Ten minutes into the second half and the visitors were back on level terms. Full-back Ashley Cole found Frank Lampard, who fired home a stunning swerving effort from 25 yards. The Blues looked to have turned the game around on 61 minutes.

Much-maligned Fernando Torres found Juan Mata and the Spaniard curled home a sumptuous effort from inside the penalty area. That lead didn’t last long though …

Premier League record falls as 2023-24 becomes most goal-laden 20-team season

The current Premier League season has become the most goal-laden 20-team campaign in the competition s history, with Harry Maguire the unlikely man to seal 2023-24 s place in history.

Maguire scored Manchester United s first equaliser as they twice fought from behind to clinch a 4-2 win over Sheffield United on Wednesday, with Bruno Fernandes netting twice in the second half.

The centre-back s 42nd-minute header was a significant moment, representing the 1,085th goal scored in the Premier League this term.

That is the most ever scored in a season containing 20 teams, since 1995-96.

1085 Harry Maguire s goal was the 1085th scored in the Premier League season, the most in a 20-team campaign in the competition s history. Record.

NFL Week 16 Odds: Best Spot Bets Include Bucs in Precarious Position

Finding an edge in the NFL odds at this point in the season is like finding your wife the perfect Christmas gift: it’s not going to fall in your lap. And it’s not a foot bath thing, either.

Panthers vs Lions Odds, Picks, and Predictions Week 5: Lions Assert Themselves as Jungle Cat Kings

The Detroit Lions host the Carolina Panthers on Sunday afternoon in Week 5 of NFL action. It might seem wild for long-suffering Detroit fans to see their team as a double-digit NFL odds favorite but given how this season has gone, it isn’t that surprising to see those odds.

The Lions are atop the NFC North with a 3-1 record after hammering the Packers at Lambeau Field last Thursday while the Panthers are one of only two teams in the NFL that has yet to win a game. Here are my best Panthers vs. Lions free NFL picks and predictions for October 8.

How to Live Stream Jets vs 49ers Game for Free

Aaron Rodgers will get a do-over on his New York Jets career tonight when he heads home to Northern California to take on the San Francisco 49ers.

The four-time MVP lasted just four snaps in his Jets debut a year ago, rupturing his Achilles tendon moments after the game began. Now, exactly 12 months later, he’s fully healed and appears ready to make the most of his second chance.

“I have a lot of pride in my performance, so when I take the field, I expect greatness,” he said ahead of the game. “That’s the kind of standard I hold myself to.”

There are a number of subscription-based TV channels and streaming services available to watch this evening’s game, but did you know you can also live stream the action directly from legal sports betting …
